ABC – The city of Joplin, Mo., already staggered by a monster tornado that killed a record 117 people, is braced for another powerful storm system this evening that has all the hallmarks of spawning more killer twisters.
Thunderstorms that will be moving across Wichita, Kan., Oklahoma City and Dallas this afternoon are predicted to move into the Joplin area between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. tonight, according to Bernie Rayno, expert senior meteorologist at Accuweather.com.
