WSJ – Defense attorneys for the Brooklyn man accused of butchering an 8-year-old boy said Monday his confession to police was coerced.
After a court conference for murder suspect Levi Aron in State Supreme Court in Brooklyn, the defendant’s attorneys also said they would pursue an insanity defense against charges that he kidnapped Lieby Kletzky in July, killed the boy and then dismembered him.
