After leaving one of the world’s top talent agencies, where she was a a Vice President, Israeli born Orly Marley is now one of the central figures in charge of managing over $1 billion in revenue per year generated from the Bob Marley name.

Orly is married to Bob Marley’s son, Ziggy.

Born in Central Israel, Orly moved to Los Angeles with her family before becoming an executive at the William Morris Agency.  She now works at Tuff Gong Worldwide, Marley’s music company, and is a consultant at the company which oversees the money from Bob Marley merchandise around the world.

Speaking to the Israeli newspaper Calcalist recently, Orly said “it’s a very big and complicated business.”

Things may get more complicated this year as the documentary “Marley” is set to open on April 20th.
