Celebrity chef Jamie Geller, known in Jewish circles as the “Kosher Rachael Ray,” will make aliyah next month with Nefesh B’Nefesh. Geller will travel to Israel on the organization’s Aug. 13 charter flight out of JFK Airport in New York.
In a reality television series, Nefesh B’Nefesh will follow Geller (founder of the Kosher Media Network) and her family, documenting their step-by-step journey to become Israeli citizens.
The series will provide a behind-the-scenes look at the Geller family as they prepare to leave, say their goodbyes, depart on the aliyah charter flight, and spend their first few weeks as new Israeli citizens.
