An anti-tank missile was fired at an Israeli tank and its operators near the Gaza Strip Wednesday morning, according to a report from Israel’s Channel 2 News.
The 401st IDF Brigade returned fire at the suspects and Israel’s “Windbreaker” defense system intercepted the missile before it could inflict any harm.
In a separate incident on Wednesday morning, a bus carrying Israeli soldiers driving along the border with Egypt was fired upon as the Egyptian army battled drug smugglers.
