UK Ambassador: Israel’s Support Receding Due to Settlements

JPost – Israel’s problem is not hasbara, British Ambassador to Israel Matthew Gould warned in an interview with Channel 10 aired Thursday, saying the Jewish state is today viewed “as the Goliath and it is the Palestinians who are seen as the David.”

Support for Israel is eroding, he explained, and Israelis might wake up in ten years to find the level of understanding and patience for the status quo has been reduced.

What support? There hasn´t been very much of that lately in the UK, not for jews and not for Israel. I agree things have been getting progressively worse in the last decades, as is the case all over Europe, but that´s because of the shameless anti-´zionist´ slant of official communications about anything pertaining to jewry and Israel..Antisemitism has become positively salonfähig, especially among the young
So, I wouldn´t vacate my living on the west-bank if I were a settler, not on account of the dwindling support for jews on the british isles or in the rest of Europe

Truth is, all of us Europeans have been brainwashed with the anti-american, anti-imperialist, anti-capitalist Koolaid since we we were hippies and playing at revolutionaries..Now us leftard babyboomers have taken the helm and as there´s no talking to sectarians I wouldn´t bother, if I were an Israeli.
Just beat your enemies and win. There´s nothing like victory and success to convince fools and cowards.
