On the Jonathan Ross show Saturday Jeremy Piven, best known for his role as Ari Gold on the show Entourage, spoke a bit about his relation to Judaism.
“I’m Jew-ish,” Piven responded to Ross’s initial query about his religious background. Piven went on to explain that he had to rap the Haftorah portion at his Bar Mitzvhah as it was the only way he could accomplish the feat. Ross responded, “You can do that as an instructional video for other young Jewish boys going through the Bar Mitzvah process,” to which Piven replied, “Yes, we’ll get Justin Bieber, we’ll circumcise him everybody wins.”
