Israel’s missile defense does not help politically to thwart ambitions for a Palestinian State. Israel needs to be using the facts on the ground to disperse the Arab as it did in 1948 under Ben Gurion. Self defense is self defense, but when you build something called an
‘Iron Dome’ it prevents ‘losing’ any war but also precludes ‘winning’. US strategists at the State Department know this and that is why the US is continuing to fund it. American has no interest in dead Jews, nor the eradication of the State of Israel. It justs wants its cake and eat it too as it always has (meaning a weak, dependent Jewish State and the allegiance of the Arabs) Nothing has ever changed regarding US Middle East Policy since Roosvelt.
