Tamir Pardo
Director of the Mossad
Israel and Jews have a whole host of enemies around the world, and since 2010 Pardo has headed the agency tasked with guaranteeing their safety. A former deputy Mossad chief, he has spent his entire career working within the agency. While the world is watching to see whether Iran gets the bomb or terrorists in Syria obtain chemical weapons, Pardo’s success will be measured by how inconspicuously effective he and his agency remain.
