A disturbing incident took place Monday morning when Jewish residents of the West Bank villages of Gush Etzion and Kiryat Arba spotted a flag with a swastika flying over the nearby Palestinian Arab town of Beit Omar.

Uri Arnon, who saw the flag, told Tazpit News Agency: “I felt we were going back 75 years, losing our hold on the land. The Arabs no longer feel the need to hide their murderous tendencies, announcing out loud that they wish to destroy us.”

The IDF was notified and according to Israel’s Channel 2 a spokesman said that IDF soldiers were responding to complaints and attempting to have the flag removed.

For any pro-Zionist, such flags are a benefit for the Zionist cause. The flag is a high visability declaration that its user is not interested in negotiating with Israel for a fair, peaceful treaty. Since G-d gave Israel to The Hebrews/Jews, they will have an easier public relations hurdle to building and perfecting The Holy land as The Jewish Nation.

    • God did not give the land to the jews. Britain did.

      • Mitch

Please don’t desecrate the name and idea of John Galt, as well as Ayn Rand’s own very clear statements on the Israelis (rational, civilized people) and the Arabs (irrational, primitive, tribal savages), with dumb statements like that.

  • The Arabs have no right to puit a German Flag. We don’t live in 1930, and since the Israelis are supporting the Arabs, they have to kiss our feet.

  • ss31704

If Israel would only drop the settlements, then there would be peace in the region…yeah, for about five minutes.

  • jkl

the jews have been trying to look peaceful. but nazi outweight them in that.

    • Cynthia

The blurry image of the Nazi flag is obviously photoshop. Actually this is the only 1 photo image circulating on the net. If this were a real story there would be countless of photos and youtube videos posted on the net. According to several articles the Nazi Flag was visible to thousands of Israelis. And yet this is the only 1 photo available on the web. Think about it?

      • Mitch

There are many dozens of stories and pictures online about the Nazi flags that have flown over this village. Your analysis of the picture is on the level of those who claim the moon landing is fake. Don’t give up your day job for a career in forensics.

  • Queen Deleona

Any and all arabs, muslims, and/or palestinians that support nazism and war against the Jews should be removed without stipend immediately!!! This is not a matter of outside governments and peoples to decide… They may go wherever they choose but they cannot be in or around the land and people of Israel. Those of them who wish to live lawfully and peacefully should be allowed to stay as long as they pose no threat.

The flag appears to be held aloft by a kite. I don’t think this is a doctored photo but rather a photo of a flag attached to a kite string, with the end of the string that would normally be held by someone on the ground attached instead to something at a top floor of a building.

      • ss31704

It was supposed to be caught in a power line.

      • Cynthia

It appears fake. The blurry image of the Nazi flag is obviously photoshop. Actually this is the only 1 photo image circulating on the Web. If this were a true story there would be countless of photos and youtube videos posted all over the Web. According to several articles the Nazi Flag was visible to thousands of Israelis. The TORAH says it all. All we need to do is follow/observe the TORAH.
    Bamidbar 33:50-33:56
33:50 HASHEM spoke unto Moses in the plains of Moab by
the Jordan at Jericho, saying: 33:51 ‘Speak unto the children of Israel,
and say unto them: When ye pass over the Jordan into the land of
Canaan, 33:52 then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land
from before you, and destroy all their figured stones, and destroy all
their molten images, and demolish all their high places. 33:53 And ye
shall drive out the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein; for unto
you have I given the land to possess it. 33:54 And ye shall inherit the
land by lot according to your families–to the more ye shall give the
    more inheritance, and to the fewer thou shalt give the less inheritance;
wheresoever the lot falleth to any man, that shall be his; according to
the tribes of your fathers shall ye inherit. 33:55 But if ye will not
drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then shall those
that ye let remain of them be as thorns in your eyes, and as pricks in
your sides, and they shall harass you in the land wherein ye dwell.
33:56 And it shall come to pass, that as I thought to do unto them, so
    will I do unto you.

    • This is so crystal clear that anyone who does not understand that compliance with our written Torah is a strategic military imperative should not be in any influential or leadership position.

  • Lynne T

I guess the PR geniuses living in this Arab town didn’t quite think things through. Aren’t Israelis/Jews supposed to be the new Nazis (according to Joseph Massad) and Israel the new Nazi Germany, with hegemonous plans to expand its boundaries to include Iraq?

  • Larry F

    Maybe take another approach-

Israel should basically tell the Palestinians, that they will either become Israeli Citizens, with Palestinian districts, but all one country or encourage them to leave peacefully.

Simple Plan- Each Palestinian would receive $100,000 to re-locate anywhere else in the world, and permanently renounce their claims to Palestine- If they choose to stay, then they become full israeli citizens and renounce any claims to independence.

Palestinians who stay can expect high levels of education, economic opportunity, standard of living, and secular freedoms. They would need to serve in the Israeli military, pay taxes, etc.

Like the US, there could be a ‘Federal’ system with a Palestinian ‘state’ in ‘Gaza’ and another in the ‘West Bank’ Each would have representatives in the Knesset, and be able to vote according to their legitimate local needs.

Israel would need to make some adjustments, and would need to acknowledge both Jewish and Arab populations more equally. No religion would have ‘official’ status.

Immigration would be strictly limited – there would be no influx of refugees – In fact, the whole thing would not work unless a certain % of arabs left peacefully, so the demographics would be more balanced.

End- no balkanization – no splitting of Jerusalem –

    Difficulties? Sure –

Alternate – make a Palestinian State that will not be economically viable? How long will that hold up?

    • Vivienne Leijonhufvud

      This could work!

    • Queen Deleona

For the most part I agree with most of what you said except the part of “No religion would have ‘official’ status.” Israel is and should be a state that has Judaism as it’s official religion. This is not to say that it not recognize other religions but it should make no compunctions as to it being Jewish.

    • Shamir

In this case Israel would be a very conflictive country. Maybe this perspective would be realizable after a couple of generations living in peace, but not today. About the inmigration control for Palestinian “refugees”, I don’t think, it will be possible in just 10 years. In just some years the Arab population would be the mayority and they would rule the country. In a peaceful future I would not see that as a problem, but we (Israeli Jews and Palestinian Arabs) are not yet ready for that. The only solution that I see is to achieve a 2-state solution.

    • Finally some sanity!! I completely agree with this approach. I believe it is the only one that history will accept. Thank you Larry F.

    Martin Kramer:
Gaza is a place with no Israeli settlements, from which Israel has totally withdrawn to the 1967 lines, and which nonetheless has become a Hamas terror state. That’s what happens in conditions of Gazafication. So when people say that in a two-state solution, Palestinians would have a “right of return” to the West Bank and not Israel, I do not find that particularly reassuring either. Any influx of Palestinians across the Jordan poses a problem for Israel, and it is naive to dismiss it. I would like to hear how, in a two-state scenario, Gazafication of the West Bank can be prevented. I haven’t heard it yet.

Hitler hijacked this symbol from some Indian deity!

When I was in India I found this symbol everywhere but I doesn’t have the same meaning as the sick and evil Hitler!

    • Michael S Pertz

@ Vicki, what exactly is your point in this instance ? The Palestinians don’t worship some Indian deity. You know very well the disgusting statement this town was making. A number of Palestinians have said they want a ‘ Judenrein ‘ (Jew -Free) Palestine. This is another sic manifestation of it. Your motivés are highly suspect in writing these so called naïve comments!!!

      • Shamgar

That has to be one of the mot incongruous and idiotic comments I’ve ever seen posted; That is a Nazi swastika not a Hindu swastika

      • Paul Barbara

And many Israelis have called for a ‘Palestinian Free Israel’; some have even said that the Palestinians should be gassed.

    • EJ

Vicki, it would be overly gracious to say that someone who sees a Swastika flying over a West Bank village and atempts to relate it to an Indian deity is simply misguided and misinformed.

The more obvious assumption would be to recognize such comments as a lame attempt to alibi the inherent hatred of the Jewish people, anchored in Islam, taught in the Koran and therefore absolutely compatible with the Muslim’s world view.

    • Luisa Peress

      Oi Vicki,

I am wondering whether you really are that naive, or it’s just a way to mask hate?

If you really had a clue about Hindu symbolism, you would know these are NEVER the colours used for the symbol.
This is, plain and simple, UNEQUIVOCALLY, a NAZI FLAG. So stop pretending and accept that there are people who do not need a reason to restlessly hate us Jews.

  • Frantz

    Shavua tov!
One of the most tragic things I have seen is “skinhead” gangs and “white-supremacist” groups in the streets of Tel Aviv!!! Very sad.
Now, why would an Arab speaking person within Israel or the Palestinian Authority jurisdiction would post such flag? The swastika itself has been a symbol with different meanings for many communities and religions around the world until the Nazis misappropriated it and made it the symbol of racism, anti-Semitism, and so much evil. Would some day these ethnic and religious groups restore their symbol to it original meaning? For now, we will not tolerate this symbol and less as a sign of anti-Semitism and racism.
In the USA often a Confederate flag is used on cars or even homes, in the Northern States, to express racism and hatred. When would the Southern State will start challenging that? It makes Southerners to look like racist every time you drive by a home with the Confederate flag used as a sign of anti-Semitism when in fact the majority of Southerners are not.
    Shalom uvrakha

    • bb

There are several flags associated with the Confederate States Of America. The most contriversial and visible is the “Stars and Bars”. It is the Battle flag that was used by Confederate Calvary and Infantry.
It has in fact been hi jacked by many extremist groups here in the U.S.A. and abroad. In fact, that whole segment of United States History has been hi jacked and distorted by leftist leaning Secular Humanists,(Communists and Socialists)The war of Northern Agression,or War Between the States, was not a civil war as it has been mischaracterized by certain groups in order to foment hatred and division in America. A civil war is what occurred on in Spain about 1938. China was having a civil war between Mao and Chaing Kai Sheck until the Japanese showed up and enforced equal opportunity,(they killed everybody, regrdless of race, religion or creed.) Civil war erupted on the Korean penninsula and Vietnam. With the collapse of the Soviet Union and Russian withdrawal, many former S S R’s and sattelite countries erupted into madness and mahem, ie civil war. The Southern States of the United States got fed up with high tariffs on imported goods and low cotton prices suppresed by Northern Market Manipulators. 10cent cotton and 90cent meat. Lincoln and the remaining congress wrote the first 13th Amendment to the Constitution guaranteeing perputual slavery in the USA about 1861. The South would have nothing to do with that as they had seceeded and gone home. South Carolina told Lincoln to quit Fort Sumpter. The Yankees attempted to reinforce Fort Sumpter and the game was on.
Racism and Slavery did not enter into the War until 1863 when the North won its first substantial victory over Lee at Gettysburg. Even then old stovepipe hat did not porport to free the slaves in the North, nor was slavery against the law in the North at that time.
The Stars and Bars was carried into Battle by Brave men attempting to protect their homeland from invading marauders. The only thing they had on their minds was trying to protect their homes and families, slavery and racism were not a part of the picture. The same went for all those potatoe head Irishmen getting off the boat. The U. S. Army recrutiers were right there on the docks to sign up unsuspecting young men with the promise of citizenship and free land.
The leftist hijacked the democrat party for their own personal gains. They use tactics right out of the CIA handbook used for overthrowing 3rd world dictatorships.
Divide and conquer. Create ethnic groups and pit them against each other. Encourage sodomites to demand to be married, further destablizing Moral values. All this is done to further the cause of leftist secular humanist who think that the world has to be “controlled”. Thank you for allowing my thoughts to this discussion. b b

      • Kathryn

“Potatoe head Irishman?” That’s just delightful.

Your inability to spell a simple word like “potato”, combined with your wildly inaccurate grasp of American history, and your nineteenth century-style racism regarding Irish-Americans strangely enough had no bearing whatsoever on the topic of Nazi flag hoisting “Palestinians”/Arabs.

It’s cute when illiterate racists with no grasp of formal logic attempt to analyze political issues. Thanks for the entertainment.

        • bb

hi there young secular humanist. Please stand in front of a mirror. Raise your right hand to eye level. With the palm pointed at yourself, please extend your middle finger. Thank you and have a pleasent day and happy memorial day, although a person of your leanings probably has nothing but hatred and whatever insanity that drives you toward such and ominous day.

          • Kathryn

Ooh, an illiterate temper tantrum, even cuter. It’s like watching a kitten befuddle itself with a ball of string.

My “leanings” are towards towards the dissemination of accurate information.

As for “hatred” and “insanity”, please refer to your own charming posts.

If objecting to Irish-Americans being called “potatoe heads” (sic) and to the flying of the Nazi flag makes me ‘hateful’ and ‘insane’ in the eyes of a person such as yourself, I’m just fine with that.

I suspect from your sputtering impotent rage that you have more in common with the Nazi flag-flying nitwits who are the subject of the post than with the Americans patriots celebrated on Memorial Day.

    • The Palestinian Arabs have a long history of being pro-Nazi. The Palestinian Arab Mufti, Haj Al Husseini, spent most of WW2 in Berlin. He broadcast Nazi propaganda to the Moslem world, and organized the Bosnian Moslems into an SS division.

  • Rob

If Israel was to lay down its arms their would be no Israel, when Israel puts its trust back into the power of its God their will be no world backed Arab uprising.

Arabs are indeed attempting Holocaust No. 2. The world seems to just stand on the edge and do nothing. As for the diatribe from commentators on flags, their remarks are completely irrelevant, unless it is their polite way of announcing antisemitic tendencies. I’m straight as they come, language disguised by velvet tongues doesn’t fool me one iota. How will these people feel if WWIII suddenly takes off, it is not impossible.

  • Disgusting down to the bone. Associating my faith to that sign is personally very offensive.

    • It’s very brave of you to say this considering how volatile things can get.

    • Vivienne Leijonhufvud

Asif, perhaps you are a gentle and thinking Muslim, many of your brothers however truly desire another Holocaust. It is a great shame you are in the minority, even as far North as Malmo and Stockholm police are having to deal with Islamic insurgents. These people take shelter in Sweden then proceed to create havoc. So in your view what should we the rest of the world do about these people?

  • john

just drop a plane full of raw bacon on them

    • Stan131

This is probably the most intellegent, non violent response I’ve ever heard. Nothing would be more offensive to Arab mindset than being inundated or sprayed with pig shit. They would want to avoid that even more than getting killed (and being a martyr).

      • Vivienne Leijonhufvud

It wouldn’t stop them, they’d wash and start all over again. Take things seriously people are dying not over flags but the hate behind the flag.

    • mike

Your ignorance of cultures other than your own is breathtaking. Even if I explained the Irony, you wouldn’t be any closer to a having a clue.

      • John

My belief is that this ignorance of cultures has bread contempt and misunderstanding. We must do our best to understand other cultures even if we cannot embrace their beliefs.

    • Vivienne Leijonhufvud

John this may sound radical, I think all the world can do is inflict another Nagasaki and Hiroshima, these radicals will never cease. This war has been raging for 65 years and more, it is time to take serious action, as the US was forced to do in WWII.

      • Dafna Yee

This war did not start in 1948; it has been going on a lot longer than 65 years! Even before the so-called “occupation,” Arabs were rioting and murdering hundreds of Jews, mostly women and children. Israel’s land is only an excuse; Jew-hatred has been, and is still being, deliberately fostered by the Arabs.

  • Boyhowdy

As an outsider looking in, I’m both disturbed by the flag and the man quoted in this story. Both speak to generalization and failure to see a group as individuals. No peace in the forecast it seems.

    • Vivienne Leijonhufvud

No there will never be peace without radical action to eradicate these extreme Islamic factions. These Jihads have been waged since before 1945, check out the history. Millions of dollars and Shekels have been spent on self defense, millions of ordinary non extreme people have been killed in the bargain. Even the people of Iran are afraid to speak out, there is a video available called ’50 Questions for Peace’. Quiet normal Iranian folk show fear in their eyes and hardly open their mouths. In 1984 after the fall of the Shah, accused of terror, on reflection I would suspect he was trying to keep a lid on extreme Islam, since this followed his reign. A school friend from primary school told me of her nightmare escape with her husband and children out of Iran in ’84. There will NOT be peace while extreme Islamic Jihad runs riot in the world.

  • Barry K. Von Bernhard

Seeing this turns my stomach. Being of German extraction and knowing how Germans looked the other way while millions were murdered was without a doubt one of the most cowardly acts ever committed outside of the camps themselves. Seeing this Gott Verdampt sign of hate flying anywhere again is an affront to mankind. It just goes to show how low these beasts will go to try to provoke Israel. The hate goes on and on !

  • Lily

If I were Jewish I’d get the hell out of that dust bin and come to the USA. Give up a worthless, unimportant piece of land that has NO meaning because there is NO God. Save your children and their children. One side has to give in or didn’t you all learn that when you were 4 years old. Wouldn’t ‘God’ want his chosen people safe? Stupid idiots, all of you.

    • Anon

You’re not very smart are you.

      • Luisa Peress

If you were Jewish, living in Israel and you loved your country, you wouldn’t run away when shit like this happens, but stay in Israel and DO SOMETHING about it.
        Israel is home.

    • Ron

With all due respect you think that with Anti semitism high in the USA we are any safer.
Better be in our land than elsewhere

    • Lilly, I’m an atheist too, but your statement is not thought out. Many Jews had suffered vast distrimination all over the world. Not just in centuries past, but this day as well. The need for a Jewish Homeland is paramount. They have a right to control their own destiny, and not be subject to their hosts country’s whims.

      • If there had been an Israel in 1939 would a holocaust have been possible? Perhaps but of the same dimentions.

        • Sorry, somehow the word not was omitted. It should be not of the same dimentions.

    • Denis

I don’t believe in God, but I can damn well see the meaning of Israel for Jews, which is beyond words. As for being a ‘dust bin’, where have you been since about 5000 BC? Israel is a symbol of courage and patience in the face of adversity and is now one of the most prosperous countries on the planet. Isn’t that worth believing in?

    • Barry

Thanks for a timely and needed comment, much appreciated.

    • Dorian Black

Lily it is sad how ignorant you are about a place to try and give advice about.
      1) Even if all the Israelis were to pack up and go to the old US of A, please explain who would give them citizenship or even a Green-card.
      2) as noted below, the only reason Israel is not a dust bin, as it was before it revival by the Jews who came back to Israel, is the Israelis. Israel now days, is one of the most advanced countries in the world. its hi-tech sector is the main contributor to technology advancements around the world.
      3) don’t you think that history justifies the Jews having their own land, especially if it was theirs to begin with. BTW, there are no historical evidence that there was ever a Palestinian nation on this land (or anywhere else for that matter).

    • Luisa Peress

If you were Jewish, living in Israel and you loved your country, you wouldn’t run away when shit like this happens, but stay in Israel and DO SOMETHING about it.
      Israel is home.

(Sory Anon it was meant to her).

    • Vivienne Leijonhufvud

I so sympathize, I visited Germany less than twenty years after WWII, I was very young. The pain of the Holocaust felt by the family I was with was palpable.

  • JB Silver

Shloime doesn’t know what he is talking about: no Jew called himself a ‘palestinian’ before the Palestine Mandate under the British, 1918-1948.
However, there was no territory called Palestine from 1099 ( the Crusader conquest, who called the area ‘Kingdom of Jerusalem’) through to the end of the Ottoman Empire’s rule over the area, which was divided in two, the northern section (roughly north of Jerusalem) being part of the Sanjak of Beirut, while the southern section was part of the Sanjak of Damascus.
The Christians of Europe called the territory ‘Palestine’ for the same reason their Roman antecedents had: to cut it’s connection to the Jewish People.

John, You might want to take your own advice. it is quite good.

Drew, This IS our land. More than where you are is yours, most probably.

    JB Silver

    • Dafna Yee

There was indeed a territory called Palestine in the Ottoman Empire. The Jews who lived there, at least in the 18th, 19th, and the first half of the 20th centuries (those times I am certain of) were known as and called themselves Palestinian Jews. I don’t know what the Arabs who lived in the Palestine territory (a very small number of people because that was all the barren land would support) before the British were given the Palestine Mandate, but I do know that Arabs did not refer to themselves or other Arabs as “palestinians” until 1967 when Arafat created the PLO for the specific purpose of killing the Jews and making Israel into “Palestine”! A point about the population of the people in 19th century Palestine, there were a number of times that the census showed more Jews than Arabs living in Palestine. The only formal border that the territory of Palestine had was with Egypt because the Turks and the Egyptians (not the “palestinians!) signed the Treaty of Taba in 1906. After WWI, when the Ottoman Empire was being broken up into countries, both England and France wanted the Palestine territory. One of the reasons that England was given the Palestine Mandate was because of the Balfour Declaration of 1917 which promised a homeland in Palestine to the Jewish people. For the record, when the British created Jordan out of most of the Palestine Mandate, the border stopped on the EAST SIDE OF THE JORDAN RIVER!! When the Jordanians (NOT the “palestinians”) conquered Judea, Samaria, and part of Jerusalem in 1948, they renamed it the “West Bank” for the exact same reason that the Romans renamed the conquered Jewish land “Palestine” — to erase the connection that the Jews had to their land!! The Jordanians forced every one of the thousands of Jews who lived in the conquered lands to leave immediately with just what they were wearing. The Jordanians built absolutely nothing in the 19 years that they occupied Jewish land; certainly neither they nor the Egyptians who conquered Gaza at the same time, showed the slightest inclination to use that land to create a homeland there for the Arabs who lived there (who weren’t called “palestinians” then). BTW, I forgot to mention that during the time of the Mandate, more Arabs than Jews moved to pre-Israel Palestine from all the other Arab countries because of the better standard of living there than anywhere else in the Middle East.

    • Shamgar

Tell it like it is JB

    • Vivienne Leijonhufvud

Thank you Mr. Silver, this is how it really is. Israel has always belonged to Israel and her people.

God is the reason for all this crap and he doesn’t even exist. Crazy world. And shloime – are there any self-respecting Arabs or are you all ignorant asses hating because you’ve never learned anything else? Idiots, one and all. The entire Middle-East should be shot up into space. Jews, Palestinians… all of you… go work it out and come back when you know how to act like human adults and not idiotic, hateful zealots

    • Barry

Lily, you are what you write about.

    • Shalom-Hillel

Lily, you act like you are above it all, of superior intelligence. You have found your truth, atheism, and all the rest are primitive savages fighting for a silly cause. Young lady, there are many kinds of Israelis, religious, non-religious, and even the atheists whom you view as superior to everyone else.

The Israelis are fighting for their survival. The Muslims are fighting for hegemony over the entire Mideast. They have conquered nearly every inch of it, and they want little Israel, too. That would mean they would have to “eliminate” the people of Israel. This is not an equal struggle. Israel dares not lose a single battle. If you insist on equating the two sides then you do not understand what is really going on.

    • linda

hitler put atheist jews in the ovens too dear lilly

  • There is not a dime’s worth of difference between Islam and National Socialism..In 1948 in THE GATHERING STORM Winston Churchill made that perfectly clear when he wrote: “MEIN KAMPF was the new KORAN”.

    • Boyhowdy

Hope you’re of enlistment age so you can fight your own damn holy war.

      • There a war but it not mine…everyone has to decide: FREEDOM or SHARIAH…There is no shade of grey here…It is a war to the death: so pick your side!

  • Yoel Nitzarim

Teaching about the Holocaust for more than thirty-five years, I can honestly say that this image does not surprise me. Nevertheless, I hold those who fly it and those who allow it to be flown in the utmost contempt. That image represents all the ever was ever is, and ever will be evil in this world. That image symbolizes man’s loss of his humanity and return to the slimy organism from whence he came in the seas and oceans. That image would adorn Satan’s hallmark at the entrances to the death camps in the Holocaust. That image now reminds every Jew and every non-Jew that anti-Semitism and anti-Zionism are one and the same. That image forever holds G-d’s name in repudiation and His place on earth in jeopardy. For as long as I live on this earth, I condemn that image with my entire G-d-given image. That image and I and everyone decent human being with me will forever wrestle until we beat that image into the dirt where it belongs!

  • michaelgarfinkel

Why should anyone be surprised at this provocation, when Arabs sneak into Jewish homes to murder infants in their cribs, only to have “Palestinian” streets named for them.

  • nat schmelzer

Why is this even noteworthy? The entire Muslim world hates Jews. We should encourage the growing war between Sunnis and Shiites, not try to make peace.

  • HaDaR

ANYONE who says that the PalestinISTS are not ‘Amaleq, LIES!

    • The flag is not in the village, it is suspended on a line attached out of view in front of the village.

      • linda

and your point , herr doctor? is what exactly. that it doesnt implicate those arabs in the village.
no the little hitler fairies appeared in the middle of the night and strung it up.
or maybe it was the nazi elves???
        certainly not the kind villagers.
        what are you smokin?

    • Vivienne Leijonhufvud

You leave yourself wide open commentating on this issue. Every Islamic Jihad from the beginning of time has been about Islam dominating the world and hating Jews. Why anyone tolerates you people is beyond me. You are just plain unreasonable and uncivilized.

      • Vivienne Leijonhufvud

You have sited my comment in the wrong place, my address ‘You leave ……………… for Hadar not the Dr. and Linda has misunderstood the Doctor, who is not antisemitic.

  • The symbol only has the power the viewer imparts unto it. The Jews should forsake their claim to a land that is not there own and integrate with western society while the rest of them do as they will with their rabble and sand.

    • BH in Iowa

Drew, you should have the courage of your convictions and lead by example. Forsake the claim to ‘your’ home, hand me the keys, and GTFO, hypocrite.

No, Champ – the Jews have their ancestral home back and they have an army – a good one – and there’s not a thing you can do about it.

    • Rob

The fact is that God put them back in the land and try as we may we may kill or remove some of them but will never be able to remove them all as did the Romans as God used the Romans to have them thrown out of the land, Hitler can take some credit for moving then on mass back into the land of Israel at the end of the Second World War a forefulment of Bible prophesy that they would be regathered. What we are seeing today in the M.E is leading to Globle conflict all nations will be gathered over the deviding of Gods land Israel. Step by step day by day year by year Gods word is unraveling before our eyes, blindly we soldier on unaware we are sneered in Gods net.

    • Dafna Yee

Drew, you don’t know what you are talking about! I suggest you read the little history lesson that I wrote as a reply to J.B. Silver and you will see that Jews have had a claim to their land for 3000 years! And I didn’t mention God once; only history that you are welcome to do the research and verify everything that I wrote. Hint: The easiest way to start is to check any newspaper, even Arab ones, that was printed before 1967 and you will not find a single mention of Arab “palestinians” anywhere!!

  • You can call Adolf Hitler also Muhammad the Second!

  • Karsten Bannier

The majority of these so called “palestinians” are a disgrace to humanity. That flag should be burned in front of them for all to see !!!

    • Palestinians are not a disgrace to humanity, if you search a bit further than fox news you may see that the Israeli’s and Arabs of the region have been committing horrible atrocities toward each other deep into the past as well as in modern times.

As in every war each sides attempts to subjugate the other as extremely as possible. i.e. Americans claiming that the nazis ate there own babies – just like christian extremists say that atheists eat their offspring.

I admit you can’t really know what’s going on between the Arabs and the Israelis without being there, but you can somewhat bet on the chance that human nature is not completely suspended there and that both sides can be found equally culpable of crimes against each other.

      • Denis

Add it up. The Israeli-Arab conflict is number 40-something in the list of people killed in wars in the 20th century. Almost every Israeli action has been a response to Palestinian or other Arab provocation. If you don’t understand that, you wil just go round in circles trying to understand something well beyond your grasp.

      • not play the moral equivalence game…instead take some time and read the HAMAS CHARTER, the HEZBOLLAH CHARTER, and the PLO(now FATAH) CHARTER: all three call for the murder of six million Jews…every Muslim who supports these groups supports their sociopathic murderous charters…Since 1948 Israel has just wanted to live within its borders…but Muslims have spent their every waking moment trying to kill all the JEWS within those borders…In 627 the sociopath Muhammad PERSONALLY decapitated 900 unarmed Jews of the Banu Quarayza tribe and Muslims have been attempting to duplicate his murderous bloodlust ever since.

        • Vivienne Leijonhufvud

Finally Sociopath has been used to illustrate the irrational behavior of large numbers of Arab Muslims past and present.

      • Vivienne Leijonhufvud

I disagree, in the 1948 document signed 15th May at midnight, Israel undertook to commit to living in peace with all her surrounding arab neighbors. Read it, the only people not playing ball are the Arabs. Further more Israel has returned land for peace on more than one occasion to no avail. There is a world wide Jihad in case you haven’t noticed. As far North as Scandinavia, 500 Scandinavians are warring in Afghanistan to the horror of their families. The six largest cities in the UK are virtually under Sharia law. No Israel does not abuse and carry out atrocities. From your comment perhaps Israel aught to be blown apart.

      • Vivienne Leijonhufvud

Innerspeaker, just look around the world? Jihad against Jews has been raging for so long. Terrorism is everywhere including the US.

    • john

  • shloime

please stop using the term “palestinian” when you mean “arab”. for 2,000 years, the term meant jew, and no self-respecting arab would apply it to themselves.

    • John

This is in Palestine. Arab: A member of a Semitic people inhabiting much of the Middle East and North Africa. Arab refers to the region, not the country or state. Also, it does not refer to any religion in specific.

You can be an arab jew also known as a Mizrahi Jew. A people descended from the Jewish communities of the Babylonian era in the Middle East and parts of the Caucasus.

People need to stop commenting on things they don’t understand.

    • Denis

Palestinian was never used by Jews to describe themselves. Nor was it used by the Arabs of that region until around the 1960s. Arabs called themselves A’rab, or by their region (Masri, Shami, Lubnani, ‘Iraqi) or grouping (Badawi, Darazi, Barbari).

      • Dafna Yee

Yes it was. Jews called themselves Palestinians up until May 1948. It was Arabs who didn’t call themselves “palestinians” until 1967 when Arafat created the PLO. The PLO and Arab “palestinians” were recognized by the other Arab countries in 1974 at the Rabat Summit Conference. One of Arafat’s main “selling points” was his promise to kill all the Jews and change Israel into “Palestine”!!!

  • Bathsheva Gladstone

Interesting that they can deny yet unfurl. A talented lot.

  • Stuart E. Hersh

When Mohammed Amin Al-Husseini, the late Grand Mufti, visited Hitler, he urged him to ship the Jews “to the East” and not to Palestine. His alliance with Hitler eliminated his credibility as a Palestinian Arab Nationalist, and made him a collaborator with Nazi genocide. His special relationship with Himmler didn’t improve that credibility. This despite the fact that neither he nor the 30,000-man Frei Arabien unit of the Waffen-SS played no role in the Final Solution. Husseini’s statements in Berlin and his alliance with Hitler made him a co-conspirator under the International Military Tribunal law concerning the definition of a war criminal. He escaped trial at Nuremberg having fled to Egypt.

This display of Nazi ideological loyalty (the flag) should have the same impact.

    • HaDaR

      What you write IS FALSE.
The Kossova SS Division created by HAJ (not Mohammed!) Amin Al Husseini took part in the EXTERMINATION OF THE JEWS OF YUGOSLAVIA!
Haj Amin Al Husseini DID NOT “visit” Hitler! HE LIVED IN BERLIN between 1941 and 1943!! Ha also pushed for the final solution to be implemented as EXTERMINATION, not just relocation.

      • Denis

Actually, Hajj is not a name but a title. His first name was Muhammad, then Amin. Otherwise, fine.

      • Vivienne Leijonhufvud

No Hadar, Mr. Hersh is correct. Britain were so naive in the phony war Mr. Neville Chamberlain thought he could reason with Hitler. Since the Arab world disliked being part of the British Empire they sided with Hitler. Rommel who you may not be aware of, almost won the battle of North Africa, even so Britain still lost the Empire. Really some of you guys Hadar just don’t know world history other than Koranic history. There is a big world out there, not just Araby.

    • I believe that Israel cannot play footies with those rotten people. They need to fly over and level the building holding the flag.

      • E.N

I believe Israel should give back the land upon which they are to those who rightfully own it.

        • Check the old testament. They have to give it back to themselves.

          • they have had it for 2,000 years now its our turn. In 2000 years it will be there turn and we will return it to them.

        • By the way only a person with an incredibly low iq would cite wikipedia. It is not a recoginized research source by any credible research institution.

          • jo

i am going to assume that you posted this as well as the post that referred to the old testament. Same name and all.
It is true Wikipedia is not the most trustworthy of sites however considering that in the prior post you say check the old testament criticizing his use of Wikipedia is hypocritical.

          • SORRY jo…the old testament is a valid research source for many religious as well as numerous historical issues…on the other hand anyone who cites Wikipedia for anything gets a PhD in lazy and an f in everything else.

  • Carl

Not a big surprise. The Arabs of Palestine fully supported n&zi Germany and their goal of exterminating the Jewish people. The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin al-Husseini, provided a muslim ss battalion and spent WWII at the side of htler helping plan the “final solution.”
