Politico – Hillary Clinton officially started up her personal twitter account Monday, using the photo from her famous meme “Texts from Hillary” as her avatar and giving a shout out to the meme’s creators, Stacy Lambe and Adam Smith.

Clinton had the account open for some time, though it was protected. On Monday, the account was no longer protected, and Twitter verified her after the first tweet was sent.
