Upon the Temple Mount, on the first Friday of Ramadan, last week, a demonstration was held in favor of restoring the recently deposed Egyptian President Muhamed Morsi to power.

The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) published video of the rally at which vicious anti Western slogans were chanted.

Anonymous pro-Israel blogger Elder of Ziyon noted that while the demonstration was covered in the Arab media “none of the Arabic media I could find mentioned anything negative about the content of the speeches themselves, and how thousands of people were chanting anti-Western slogans.”

“The people who complain that Jews quietly and reverently visiting the Temple Mount are being ‘provocative’ have never said a negative word about this,” the blogger noted, referring to reports of Jews being barred from the Temple Mount yesterday.

MEMRI closely monitors what is being said in Arab media, last week the institute released a translated video of actors from the anti-Semitic Ramadan family television series “Khaybar,” that captures inflammatory and anti-Semitic remarks. Jewish human rights group, the Simon Wiesenthal Center also heavily criticized the “Khaybar” series.

Following are excerpts from chants proclaimed at the pro-Morsi demonstration held outside the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, a video of which was posted on the Internet on July 12, 2013.
