Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Leader Detained by Egypt Military

Daily Mail – Egypt’s military-backed regime today seized the supreme leader of the Muslim Brotherhood as it pressed on with a crackdown on the former governing party.

Police arrested Mohammed Badie, spiritual head of the group, in Cairo, close to the site of the sit-in by thousands of supporters which was violently dispersed last week, leaving hundreds dead.
