Palestinian nationals living in Iraq on Wednesday joined a campaign to support Israel’s Operation Protective Edge against Hamas, sending photos of their passports with a message written on their hands to advocacy group StandWithUs.
A SWU spokeswoman told The Algemeiner: “Amazingly, Palestinian Authority passports are coming in. Today, there were three from Iraq.”
One photo read, “I stand with Israel against Hamas. I am Palestinian.”
Photos of more than 1,000 passports from 100 countries, including Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Afghanistan, Yemen, Qatar, Malaysia, and Iran have been sent in to support Israel’s campaign.
