Iran Unveils Monument to Jewish Soldiers Slayed in War With Iraq

Haaretz – Iran this week unveiled a monument to Jewish soldiers killed in the Iran-Iraq War, which lasted from 1980 to 1988 and saw both countries suffer millions of casualties and billions of dollar in damage.

Jewish community leaders and a number of Iranian religious officials took part in the ceremony on Monday, according to Maariv’s website, NRG.
