i24 News – Hamas on Monday denied offering Israel a long-term ceasefire in exchange for the lifting of the blockade on the Gaza Strip imposed in 2007.
Senior Hamas official Bassem Naim said that the report, which first surfaced on the Israeli news site Walla, was not true and that the Islamist group had not brought up the question of a truce.
