Israel Police arrested an Arab aboard a bus in northern Israel on Sunday, carrying a hidden knife and wearing a Jewish skullcap, also known as a kippah, a Reuters correspondent revealed on Twitter.
The Arab spoke about “seeking martyrdom,” according to Dan Williams. A video from the scene of the arrest was posted on YouTube by Israel’s Arutz Sheva. The publication reported that the Arab was detained for questioning and arrested on suspicion of planning a stabbing attack. He boarded at a stop along Route 90, near Kibbutz Gesher, and police intercepted the bus as it entered the city of Tiberias.
