Saudis Arrest Man in Mecca for Seeking Jewish Bride

Saudi authorities have arrested a man in Mecca after they discovered that he was seeking to marry a Jewish woman. Officials now say the man, 49, may have a “mental illness,” according to the Al-Hayat newspaper.
The man, who was caught near the Grand Mosque after police found papers with evidence of his intentions to find a Jewish bride, is currently in police custody and awaiting possible prosecution, along with mandatory medical or psychological treatment.
