More than 1,000 people gathered in New York City to express solidarity with the Fogel family, five of whom were brutally murdered in their beds by terrorists in Itamar last week. Jews and non-Jews stood together to express outrage and speak out against the continuing incitement against Israel and the Jewish people that spurs such inhuman acts of terror.

Thousands of others across the U.S. joined via live stream on the world wide web and heard Jewish communal and religious leaders condemn the barbaric killings and decry the lack of moral outrage and continued inaction of the international community as innocent Israeli citizens were murdered as they slept at home.

The memorial was sponsored by the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, the Consulate General of Israel in New York, the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York, the UJA-Federation of New York, and Congregation Kehilath Jeshurun.
