Ynet – A Qassam rocket fired from northern Gaza exploded in an open area between the Sha’ar Hanegev and Sdot Negev regional councils on Thursday evening. No injuries or damages were reported.

At around 7pm a loud blast was heard in the western Negev region, luckily the rocket landed in an open area. The Color Red alert was not sounded, a fact which is now being investigated.At 8 pm a Color Red alert sounded in the Beersheba and a further two Qassam rockets exploded in the greater Beersheba area.
