Yeshiva World News – Speaking to Galei Tzahal (Army Radio) on Wednesday morning, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman signaled American opposition to an Israeli strike against Iran may be diminishing, at least to some degree. He explained that during his meeting in Washington with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Tuesday, the senior American official did not express American opposition to an Israeli strike against Iran’s nuclear program.
The foreign minister explained that the meeting with the secretary was held in an excellent atmosphere, and it is clear to him that Washington is now aware that Iran must be prevented from reaching nuclear independence.
