Babylonian Talmud Translated into Arabic, Acquired by Israel’s National Library

JTA – A Middle East affairs think tank in Jordan has published a translation of the Babylonian Talmud into Arabic.

The Middle East Studies Center in Amman recently completed the 20-volume work. According to an advertisement in Arabic for the translated work, it took six years for more than 95 translators, researchers and language editors to complete what is being called the first-ever Arabic translation of the Babylonian Talmud.
