Mitt Romney Officially Becomes Republican Nominee for President

Politico – Mitt Romney’s long and arduous path to the Republican presidential nomination is officially over.

With a victory in Texas on Tuesday night, Mitt Romney secured the necessary delegates to clinch the Republican nomination that will be awarded in Tampa this summer.
