The Democratic race between Reps. Steve Rothman and Bill Pascrell in New Jersey has morphed into a battle over religion and political views on Israel as some local Arabs attacked Rothman for being Jewish and pro-Israel.

“One side says, ‘We want this Jew out of office’ and, frankly, it’s pretty unsettling…They emphasized [Rothman] is a Jewish congressman,” Ben Chouake, president of NORPAC, a pro-Israel political action committee based in Englewood Cliffs, told the Washington Free Beacon. Last week an Arabic campaign poster surfaced in the area, expressing support for Pascrell and urging the Arab community to elect “the friend of the Arabs.”

According to Josh Block, a Democratic strategist and former spokesman for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, “the pro-Pascrell posters…are not calling to elect the candidate who supports a strong relationship between America and the only democracy in the Middle East, one which is rooted in progressive Western values—women’s rights, gay rights, tolerance, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, etc.”

Palestine is occupied by the Jewish state. Weimar Germany was occupied economically and politically by excesses of its monied Jewish minority. America is similarly occupied right now. Our entire electoral system has been corrupted by Netanyahu’s Israel, AIPAC, Israel Firsters and ingenious distribution of enormous amounts of Jewish money. Our representative democracy is nearly defeated and the destruction of America as we know it well underway. Termination of the criminal treachery and treason demands immediate priority. The Government of the United States must again serve American interests, not the Jewish state’s relentless pursuit of invulnerability, territorial conquest and apartheid supremacist empire in, and beyond, the Mideast.

The thing about conspiracy theories is that although they are fun to entertain, they can often be much more damaging and slanderous than intended. JohnWV, you are lucky that the USA does not have the same strict Libel laws that most European countries do otherwise you would likely see yourself on the ugly end of a law suit.
That being said your argument holds no water.
Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East, is supporting America and American interests abroad. The states who wish to wipe Israel off of the map (as you seem to intend) also view the United States as one of their primary enemies. The fact is that the USA would be much worse off if we did not have both Israeli Technology and the inflow of Israeli Information which has proven valuable time and time again.
Your accusation of the Pro-Israel community being Israel Firsters is honestly as backwards and racist as calling those who are in favor of African Aid Africa-Firsters. We are American Citizens and we know that a strong Israel greatly helps to strengthen American Foreign Policy.
I challenge you to bring forth EVIDENCE (read: not op-eds) of how a state with equal rights for all citizens, and with a even more plural democracy (read: far more than two electable parties) which includes every view-point from the Arabic Left to the Jewish right is an apartheid supremacist empire.
I will concede that Israel is seeking to be invulnerable but what responsible state is not? Especially one whose citizens are under constant threat of attack. Should Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, and all the other belligerent parties lay down their arms, Israel would be more than happy to follow suit.
In the end, the one thing that unites the full diverse spectrum of the Pro-Israel community is that we all seek peace for Israel and peace for the region as a whole.
