Levy Report Co-Author Defends Findings to U.S. Jews

JPost – Former Foreign Ministry legal advisor Alan Baker has defended a government initiated report he co-authored calling for the authorization of West Bank outposts, in a letter he wrote last week to the Israel Policy Forum.

Earlier this month the Forum, which is based in New York, sent a letter to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, urging him to reject the report on West Bank outposts penned by a three-member legal panel led by former Supreme Court Justice Edmond Levy and dubbed the “Levy report.” The other two panel members were Baker and former deputy president of the Tel Aviv District Court Tehiya Shapira.
