El Al Airlines recently announced the opening of a new terminal at Borosfiel International Airport, just in time for the thousands of Haredi Jews who travel to the Ukranian city of Kiev to visit the tomb of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov during the Jewish high holidays.
“Our efforts and determination to improve the facilities, including the check-in and waiting areas, will have a positive impact on the thousands of EL AL passengers who will travel with us for the holidays,” says EL AL President Elyzer Shkedi. “The new terminal will drastically improve service and better accommodate EL AL passengers from all over the world who are participating in this significant pilgrimage.”
Nachman was the founder of the Breslov Hasidic movement who lived from 1772-1810.
