Ynet – If war breaks out with Iran, the Islamic Republic would prefer fighting on foreign soil due to its outdated equipment, claim Israeli experts who believe Iran’s nuclear program is a cover for its limited military capabilities.

“Their most advanced aircraft is still the phantom, which we used in the Yom Kippur War 40 years ago,” says Dr. Soli Shahvar of the Haifa University.

    This fact indicates that Israel should not settle for a limited engagement but should continue its assault on the centers of power in Teheran until the Government is ousted much like the US did in Iraq. If Israel simply bombs the nuclear sites, Iran will retaliate with its Satellite terrorist groups and its missile systems. Israel must use its military advantage to paralyze Iran and then go after Hezbollah full force.
    Call it operation “triple play”. first the nukes, then the Iranian seat of Government, and then finally Hezbollah. If that is accomplished, how much would anybody want to bet that it would be the end of all talk for a two state solution because the palestinians – or at least Hamas, would finally be in Egypt where they belonged all along in a repeat of the Arab exodus from Israel in 1947.
