Border troubles or shades of the South China Sea

There are two customary ways to draw an international border extending into the sea.
One is continuation along the degree of latitude or longitude..
The other is to continue the inclination of the border when it reaches the sea. The Israel Lebanon border from the Rosh HaNikra checkpoint to the sea goes in a SOUTHwesterly other word away from the fields.
