After initial reports that rockets fired this morning from Lebanon into Israel caused no damages, newly released images show a scene of destruction in a Northern Israel civilian neighborhood.

The photos, taken by Shay Vaknin of the  Tazpit News Agency show Israeli security personnel working to dislodge a rocket embedded in the ground. Significant damage from the rocket inflicted on nearby buildings and cars can be seen in the photos.

In a statement, the Israeli Defense Forces said that two out of four rockets fired today at Northern Israel struck populated areas, although no injuries were reported.

The Times of Israel reported that one of the rockets exploded near an Acre facility housing dozens of Holocaust survivors.

Senior UK Jewish Leader Criticizes British UN Diplomat Over Balfour Declaration Comments to UN Security Council

The top organization representing British Jews has lodged a complaint with the British government over remarks by the UK's Deputy Ambassador to...

“This reinforces the threat faced by the civilians of Israel on all fronts. Such act of aggression is a clear attempt to target and terrorize the civilian communities of Northern Israel, a situation that would not be tolerated anywhere else in the world. The IDF will continue to operate against those who seek to harm the civilians of this country,” said IDF spokesperson Peter Lerner.

The IDF said that it holds the Government of Lebanon and the Lebanese Armed Forces to be responsible for the attack.

Fortunately no one was hurt in the latest terrorism against us; but it is almost funny to see the dog chilling and the men laughing as they carry the bomb away. Can’t keep us down.

Please help us dislodge the worthless, unJewish Netanyahu liar, coward for office before it will be too late.
The IDF is not longer a defense force but a tool to uproot and assault Jews.
They lie and mislead us routinely.
    Help!

you are an israeli citizen? you can vote, go and do it. Israel is a democracy isn’it?
Netanyahu has been elcted by the people the people will send him out.

The world at large doesn’t care about ISRAEL. They don’t even believe actual evidence. Nothing has changed over the years.

    • You are right. Very few do care about Israel and the rest despise Israel/Jews.

The tiny minority who care deeply about our holy land, the JEWISH State of Israel, pray for G-d to bless and protect you, especially those who serve in the IDF.

May this Shabbat be filled with love and shalom.

May the will of our enemy be crushed forever.
