The Hill – Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) took to the Senate floor Tuesday to slow down consideration of a House bill aimed at defunding ObamaCare.

“I intend to speak about defunding ObamaCare until I am no longer able to stand,” said Cruz, who has led a conservative charge to strip funding for President Obama’s signature healthcare law.
