Wall Street Journal – Negotiations aimed at curbing Iran’s nuclear program gathered momentum over two days of talks, with a new round set for early November and senior U.S. officials saying for the first time that they are beginning to see the outlines of a potential deal.

U.S., Western and Iranian officials said the stage now is set for faster diplomacy in which Iran and global negotiators pursue specific measures to allay Western fears that Tehran is secretly—and speedily—moving to develop nuclear weapons.
