Ynet – Washington – US Secretary of State John Kerry failed to persuade Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal that Washington “would not drop its guard” in the newly invigorated nuclear talks with Iran, the New York Times reported Thursday.
According to the report, Kerry was unable to convince Netanyahu to soften his demand that Iran dismantle its nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief. But the criticism by Saudi officials has been the most vehement, the report said.
