Israeli Housing Minister: Home Prices to Drop by 2015

Israel Hayom – By 2015, housing prices in Israel will go down, Housing and Construction Minister Uri Ariel (Habayit Hayehudi) said on Monday.

Speaking at a real estate outlook panel hosted by financial daily Calcalist, Ariel presented his ministry’s new development plan. “We are committed to lowering the price of housing for young couples, ” he said. “In 2014, the rise in prices will stop, and by 2015, the prices will go down.”
