Why is John Kerry Only Concerned About Israel?

A few days ago, the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria killed hundreds of Syrians. This weekend, hundreds of Iraqi Christians fled the ISIS-controlled city of Mosul, Iraq. Better to leave with nothing than to die.

Al-Qaeda has made efforts to distance themselves from the ISIS for how extreme they are said to be. But if you thought that this was the issue that caused Secretary of State John Kerry to say to an aide, “We’ve got to get over there. … I think we ought to go tonight. I think it’s crazy to be sitting around,” you would be sorely mistaken.

Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 was brought down over Ukraine, in the midst of a war, and 298 people were killed, including children and an American. Meanwhile, in the aftermath of the attack, it was reported that bodies were being piled up, and international investigators are being denied access to evidence at the scene.

Media reports also indicate that credit cards have been stolen from the bodies of the victims. There is increasing concern about the depth to which the conflict between the Ukraine and Russia will spread – and many European leaders are wavering on the conflict. You would, however, be wrong if you thought Kerry was referring to Flight MH17, when he said it was crazy to be sitting around.

Similarly, Kerry is not overly concerned with the hundreds of thousands of dead in Syria (Did they pass the ‘red line’ yet?), uncovering the truth about Benghazi, or shutting down Iran’s continued nuclear efforts.

Rather, Secretary of State Kerry continues with his harmful Israel obsession. Secretary of State John Kerry was captured on tape telling an aide – referring to Israel – “We’ve got to get over there. … we ought to go tonight. I think it’s crazy to be sitting around.” On air, Kerry urged Hamas to accept a ceasefire, saying “It is important for Hamas to now step up and be reasonable and understand that (if) you accept the ceasefire, you save lives.”

Mr. Kerry:  Hamas wants to kill people – not save any lives. Kerry was not concerned when Israel was facing countless rocket attacks – and now as Israel continues to be attacked and fights a defensive war, Kerry is concerned.

Hillel Neuer of Human Rights Watch very wisely said, “If in the past year you didn’t CRY OUT when thousands of protesters were killed and injured by Turkey, Egypt and Libya, when more victims than ever were hanged by Iran, women and children in Afghanistan were bombed, whole communities were massacred in South Sudan, 1800 Palestinians were starved and murdered by Assad in Syria, hundreds in Pakistan were killed by jihadist terror attacks, 10,000 Iraqis were killed by terrorists, villagers were slaughtered in Nigeria, but you ONLY cry out for GAZA, then you are not pro HUMAN RIGHTS, you are only ANTI-ISRAEL.”
