Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to the US Congress on March 3 will amount to “scaremongering” aimed at derailing stability in the Middle East, Iran’s Foreign Minister said.
Mohammad Javad Zarif said negotiations in Geneva over Iran’s nuclear program have made progress on technical issues, while “differences of opinion remain in many other areas,” including sanctions. The US is among six nations negotiating with Iran, over the objections of Israel.
