Politico – Iran’s foreign minister says that the country must put to rest the “manufactured crisis” over its nuclear program and focus on more substantial, “important work” in the region.

Yemen would be a good place to start, Mohammad Javad Zarif writes in a New York Times op-ed published Monday.

    translation: as the egyptian-saudi alliance swings into action in the air and the sea, it’s time to consolidate houthi gains, before there is any chance of their being reversed, or of more sunni countries joining in.

    somehow, i don’t think the saudis will take up zarif’s (disingenuous) offer, at least not right now.
