Israel conducted an exercise this week simulating a mass poisoning incident, a video released by Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva shows.

The footage shows a simulated traffic accident involving a collision between a bus and a truck carrying hazardous substances, which results in 50 injuries, Israel’s Walla news website reported.

The two-minute clip demonstrates how medical teams dispatched to the scene would treat the injured, including on-the-spot treatment by medical personnel wearing bio-hazard suits that would include cleansing and decontamination from hazardous substances, and transportation of the victims to an emergency room for further treatment.
