The final nuclear agreement between Iran and the P5+1 world powers reportedly set to be announced on Monday complies with all the “red lines” set out by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, Iranian semi-official news agency Fars reported, citing a “source privy to the talks.”

The deal, to be known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JPOA), amounts to “a collection of multiple agreements that all fall within the red lines specified by the Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei,” Fars said.

Khamenei doubled down on his set of demands during a meeting with Iran’s President Rouhani in Tehran on June 23rd, Agence France-Presse reported at the time. His bottom line contradicted a number of positions previously outlined by world powers.

Among the P5+1 concessions, according to the Fars report, is the immediate lifting of sanctions following the signing of the deal and the full removal of the United Nations arms embargo.

“According to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, all sanctions against Iran are terminated and Iran will no more be recognized as a sanctioned nation,” the source cited by Fars said. “The JCPA only envisages a set of temporary restrictions that will be removed after a limited and logical period of time, as stated earlier by the Iranian Supreme Leader.”

“All economic, financial and banking sanctions against Iran will be terminated for good on day one after the endorsement of the deal, again as the Iranian Supreme Leader has demanded.”

The source continued: “Iran will no more be under any arms embargo, and according to a UN Security Council resolution that will be issued on the day when the deal is signed by the seven states, all arms embargoes against Iran will be terminated, while its annex keeps some temporary restrictions on Iran for a limited period.”

“The upcoming UN Security Council resolution – that will call all the previous five resolutions against Iran null and void – will be the last resolution to be issued on Iran’s nuclear program and withdraws Iran’s nuclear dossier from under Chapter 7 of the UN Charter. This last resolution will remain valid and will be implemented for a specifically limited period of time and will then automatically end at the end of this period,” the source added, according to Fars. “This is the first time that a nation subject to Chapter 7 of the UN Charter has managed to end its case and stop being subject to this chapter through active diplomacy.”

In terms of Iran’s commitments to the international community, Fars characterized them as a “set of temporary and limited measures that will remain valid for different periods of time.”

Earlier on Sunday, the Associated Press cited unnamed diplomats who said that negotiators at the Iran nuclear talks will announce on Monday that they’ve reached a deal to limit the country’s atomic program in return for sanctions relief.

Later in the day, a source cited by Iranian media rejected the AP report.

The source added that “in case of striking a final deal, the agreement has to be approved by the Iranian parliament in the same manner that it has to be approved by the US Congress,” Fars said.

I can just imagine what his ‘demands’ were.
    Can’t be good for us!

  • Manuel H. Lazerov

If this article is correct, then the purpose of the negotiations was totally cosmetic. The deal is a disaster, something which the administration knew would be the result at the outset. But, isn’t that what one would do for an emerging ally?

  • DockyWocky

Just think of all the hot air expended by al-Obama, Kerry, and the official delegations, then compare that to the total, smugness of ayatollah Khomeini, who knew from the beginning that he just had to keep his mouth shut and everything would go his way.

The only decent thing in this deal is that Khomeini is going to fry in his own grease as the reactions to the deal sink in and what must be done sinks in in Tel Aviv.

  • Simone Miller

Good doggies, you have all rolled over for Iran. What kind of cookie did the mean man give you? Security?,Peace?, A safer world? No to all of the above so why did you roll over?

    • Neville

He promised “peace in Obama’s remaining time.”

  • Rick

The P5+1 have lost their minds!!

    • Vineet sood

Not their minds. More like balls if they had any to start with!!

  • Kris Kristian

It seems as though Kerry has gone all out to satisfy the devil, so that he can win the Nobel PeACE PRIZE.
Now, the world is in great danger once the evil Ayatola and his devils, will start too produce the bomb in order to attack Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia.
It is now time for those countries to form a united military alliance to destroy Khomeny and the Iran leadership.
I wonder if the idit Kerry, realises that America is also one of the main targets.
Hopefull;y, Kerry will have to face thwe American people. Hope it wont be pleasant for him

well I knew this would be a failure Obama wanted it to fail or he could not go against russias and chinas wishes
now for sure there will be war in the middle east Obama is the weakest leader in the world and the worst president we ever had I just wish he would be impeached but our congress is full of idiots to

iran now will go on arming the terrorists and get more arms from Russia and china while Saudi Arabia will get nuclear weapons and who knows who else

  • Vivienne Havalant (Leijonhufvud)

Well this is the first step towards WWIII, but then it is unavoidable. IRAN wants war she’s got war what’s worse she really is under the illusion she will win and establish Islam world wide! There are many things afoot neither Obama and the rest of the liberal wooly world are aware of. Military Commanders aren’t idiots, all are ready for this other than the US, who insist on cutting their defense budgets by 40,000 armed combat personnel! My eye is on Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Russia China and India. IRAN is on Russia’s doorstep! China is Russia’s neighbor will either nation tolerate mad Mullah’s & violent ISLAM? No faith in the UK, good Army & Generals but bad PM in Cameron.

  • Really folks, did ANY of you doubt Imama Obama would give Iran anything and everything, including HELPING them?

  • Let us pray that, for all our sakes (I am neither American nor Israeli)Senate & Congress can stop this madness effectively.

  • The value system of the world has undergone a sea change. They support the mighty and the weak. The Marshall islands ship was unnecessarily impounded by Iran even though it carried the American flag. Because they voted for Israel ,Iran impounded the ship. Even though the American president is a black he is unfit to be called a black person. Even 2000 years ago the Edomite Herod and the roman government considered Jesus as a criminal and even today His people who are the black islanders are considered as evil. the jews are also added to the list

From the offset, looks like Kerry & co. may have made a
deal with the devil. The Iranians are the biggest liars
on earth. Looks like P-5+1 just wanted to wrap things up
I hope they get what they wanted, and not believe every
word the Iranians uttered. “You reap what you sow”. The
Iranians have their eye on the prize. They want to the
oil fields in Saudi Arabia. With that, and what they have
they will control most of the worlds oil. They will be
the wealthiest country on earth, no debt, and dictate
the price of crude to their benefit. We are sleeping
with the devil, and no one has their eyes open. R.M.

In the summer of 1968, I was visiting Boothbay Harbor, Maine. As I was walking down a street, I saw a newspaper on the sidewalk. I looked down and the headline seemed somewhat reminiscent of Vietnam War coverage, but seemed a bit colloquial. I thought that perhaps it was the way at provincial newspapers in Maine cover the news. When I looked a bit closer, it was a newspaper covering the Korean War, fifteen years earlier!

When, I read the news of this nuclear deal, I have deja vu of 1938-39 i.e., the European Nations capitulating to Hitler. I feel like screaming. Do these imbeciles understand that they are dealing with a poisonous snake, which does not bother to hide its fangs?

Are they that stupid? Have they not any understanding that terrorism around the world is paid for, supported and encouraged by Iran? Have they not studied world history? Have they not experienced Moslem terrorism in their own countries?

Do they not understand that the Eurozone is on the way to oblivion? Have they not seen their socialist societies bloated by Moslem immigrants who resent and hate them and would just as soon cut their heads off? Have they not seen the value of the Euro over these past years drop like a lead balloon?

I imagine that the Western World is drugged and sleepwalking to the nuclear abyss. It is clear that the UN has reached the end of whatever it ever stood for and no longer serves any purpose except to condemn Israel and to keep Palestinian refugees, their children, their grandchildren and great grandchildren on the world welfare dole.

Can Congress be counted on for anything other than perpetuating their own self-interest and corruption?

I recall that ten years ago, my son, an IDF Tank driver felt that the withdrawal from Gaza could serve a good purpose. I told him that I was not as confident, that it was likely to be a disaster. He quickly realized the truth, when days after the withdrawal a row of tanks, including his, was the only border between Israel and a hostile Gaza!

The West is getting nothing from Iran. Perhaps Iran will erect a statue of Obama, to ensure his legacy as a great world leader. We should consider naming a garbage dump after him, which will represent America and the West’s likely future post Obama. Shame on the Jewish community for overwhelmingly supporting Obama.

  • manley kiefer

So far I believe this is mostly hearsay. Both sides are giving us what they want us to hear It will be interesting if our administration gives us ALL the final details of this deal with Iran, then would be the time to make any decisions after a thourough examination.

    • neversink

It’s not hearsay. The document is public now. Obama is a traitor to his nation and the free world.

  • Michael Mayben

This deal with Iran will go down in history as the worst and most dangerous global decision ever made in history.

    • Mordecai Ben Natan

Hopefully, there will still be world after this deal with Satan.
There may be no “history” The world will be “dead”

  • Isaac Semaya

Any immediate lifting of all sanctions at the signing of the deal is the worst possible deal you Mr President and Mr Kerry can make for the FREE world. I asked before and I’ll ask again “HAVE YOU BOTH LOST YOUR MINDS”????????

    • Mordecai Ben Natan

No they have not lost their minds.
Kerry is now waiting for his Nobel peace prize. Hopefully, if that idiot is ever awarded that, then he should choke on the day he receives that prize.

  • Now , Let get to Work on Israel and disarmament for the Region !

  • Harvard L. Armus

Should I believe this? If true, it is worse than I thought possible.

  • Is anyone surprised?

Obama has done more than just engage in Chamberlain-like appeasement of a tyrannical messianic terrorist nation. He has actually given aid and comfort – an impeachable offense- to that country by providing a pathway to the nuclear bomb with which Iran will carry out its repeated threat to wipe Israel off the face of the earth.

We can only hope that Bibi will rise to the occasion and hit Iran before a second Holocaust takes place.

Whatever adverse consequences will ensue from such an attack, eg. condemnation from Obama and the EU and ramped up BDS are, needless to say, infinitely outweighed by the consequences of not attacking Iran’s facilities.

  • yussi

This is unreal! A terrorist supporting nation that continually calls for death to the US and Israel is dictating terms for a so called agreement which they will undoubtedly trash on day one!! Thwe world has gone crazy!!
Hopefully, the only person with a set,Bibi, will just take these savages out and finish them off once and for all. These other countries are impotent and will be sorry if Irans nuclear sites arent destr oyed..

  • Stella schindler

He’s satisfied? Now that is dangerous. Is the Great Satan equally satisfied?

  • May God help Obama and Kerry if they agree to this deal. With this deal, Iran will get the bomb in no time at all.
