TV superstar Ellen DeGeneres is trying to set up her Jewish personal assistant with a nice girl and is offering members of the public a chance to go out on a date with him.

On The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week, the talk show host introduced her PA Ari as “charming” and said he enjoys movies, music and “a high fiber diet.” DeGeneres noted the many couples that have found love on television and said she wants to help Ari find the same.

“I wanna try to set Ari up,” she said.

DeGeneres then played a humorous video describing all of Ari’s positive attributes, including his great manners and his knowing “just the right thing to say.” The clip concludes with a disclaimer declaring that Ari is not available for dates on any of the Jewish holidays, as well as his grandmother’s birthday.

“It’s gonna be probably 4 p.m. and you probably will pay,” DeGeneres joked. “But he’s a wonderful guy.”

On Thursday, she posted on Twitter, “[I] hope it’s kosher that I’m setting Ari up with a follower.” She also noted that Ari has “spectacular eyebrows.”
