The gentlemen of ABC‘s The Bachelorette engaged in some offensive name-calling during Monday night’s episode of the popular reality dating show, that included a Nazi reference.

Chad, one of the contenders hoping to win over JoJo Fletcher, let his temper get the best of him after another guy scored the first one-on-one date with the bachelorette — and also later on, when she gave a rose to a fellow competitor after a group date. An angry Chad lashed out at JoJo, who called him “disrespectful,” and exchanged some choice words with other men in the house.

When Chad’s friend, male model Daniel, tried talking some sense into the real estate agent about his temper, he said, “I think some of the guys are intimidated by you and think you’re a loose canon…Let’s just pretend you’re Hitler, if I’m friends with you …”

Chad interrupted him, saying, “Let’s not pretend I’m Hitler,” before Daniel continued.

“Okay, so let’s say you’re Donald Trump or something like that,” Daniel added. “If I hang out with you, it shouldn’t make me look bad too, right? So, let’s not be so much like Hitler. Maybe more like Mussolini. Or Bush. So, I mean, maybe take it down a notch.”

Chad was ultimately issued a warning by Bachelorette host Chris Harrison to control his temper or leave the house.
