  • Mr. Moon would have a lot more credibility if he condemned, unequivocally, the blood libels and anti-Semitic ravings, the nurturing of hatred in kindergartens, the building of terror tunnels instead of schools, the use of children for terror, the launching of rockets from schools, mosques and hospitals, the random stabbing and the suicide bombings, all part and parcel of a culture reflecting a very sick and amoral “Palestinian society”. He would have even more credibility if he condemned innumerable anti-Israel resolutions by Arab bloc members. But Mr. Moon knows where his bread is buttered. Calling for both sides to show ‘responsibility’ is typical false moral equivalence. Mr. Moon could try telling the truth, and telling the world that the Palestinians could have had peace already but they don’t want peace, they want victory, and they won’t rest until they get it. Mr. Moon could then take his place in the pantheon of moral leaders and become a man’s man. Don’t hold your breath.
