Photo: Flash90. – The IDF conducted an overnight raid Wednesday in the West Bank town of Silwad, the hometown of 21-year-old Palestinian terrorist Malek Ahmad Mousa Hamed, who recently carried out a vehicular attack against Israelis.

Hamed rammed his car into a crowded bus stop on Route 60 near Ofra, killing 20-year-old soldier Elhai Teharlev and wounding another Israeli.

Following the raid, the IDF said the operation was “part of the ‘concept of expanded prevention’ for taking action against all the circles of support for the terrorist and his family.”
