John Hagee
Founder, Christians United for Israel
Citing a lack in support of Israel among devout Christians, Hagee established Christians United for Israel in 2006. Today it is the largest pro-Israel organization in America with over 1.2 million members. Despite his sometimes controversial views, Hagee’s organization has not only been a vocal supporter of Israel—as can be witnessed in its multi-city “Nights to Honor Israel” event–but an active one as well. The organization has lobbied Congress to have terror group Hamas removed from Twitter and is involved in educating its members about the Jewish state. Hagee captivated many with his dynamic pro-Jewish pro-Israel talk delivered at AIPAC several years ago.
