David Wolpe
Rabbi and Author
The author of seven books, Wolpe’s articulate and charismatic nature has made him one of the more high-profile Jewish religious figures in the U.S., and he is often cited as one of the country’s most influential rabbis. A major advocate of Israel, he’s led several delegations to the country and, at the height of the Second Intifada, was once able to raise $3 million dollars for victims of terror in a single morning at his synagogue. He recently began writing a weekly national column for TIME Magazine, espousing Jewish ideas and values.
