Netanyahu Hails Israel Security Agency’s Ability to Adapt to ‘Changing Threats’ Facing Israel

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the headquarters of the Israel Security Agency on Thursday to meet with ISA Director Yoram Cohen and senior ISA officials, the prime minister’s communications office said.
The Prime Minister was briefed on ISA activities in various fields and the direction of its future operations. He was also presented with its advanced operational and technological capabilities including those used in dealing with the threats facing the State of Israel.
At the end of his visit, Netanyahu said, “I am very impressed by the advanced capabilities that were shown to me. The ISA is quickly adapting itself to the changing threats being directed at the State of Israel.”
“Quietly and with determination and daring, the ISA’s personnel and commanders are acting with focus and precision manner for the security of the citizens of Israel,” Netanyahu said.
