Washington Times – Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said the United States and Europe collectively failed in what he characterized as a mass effort to bring Iran “to its knees” on nuclear talks.
“On the nuclear issue, the United States and European colonialist countries gathers and applied their entire efforts to bring the Islamic Republic to its knees but they could not and they will not,” he said on his website, The Associated Press reported.
