A 19-year-old Israeli was critically wounded in a stabbing attack on Monday morning near the Palestinian village of Beit Anoun, north of Hebron, Israel’s Channel 2 reported.
The attack, which took place at a hitch-hiking stop near the settlement bloc of Ariel, was documented on security cameras. Footage shows the terrorist approaching the victim and stabbing him in the upper body. Immediately afterwards, the terrorist is seen shot and killed by soldiers on the scene.
After receiving emergency first aid from Magen David Adom and Hatzalah paramedics, who reported that the victim suffered multiple stab wounds to different parts of his body, the young man was rushed to the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem, where he is fighting for his life in an induced coma.
