Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon said Monday that there is no sign that the current wave of terror hitting Israel is subsiding and added that the army is being readied for the possibility of a further escalation in order to halt Palestinian violence.
“Unfortunately there is no signs of this wave of terrorism waning,” Ya’alon said before the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee. “We are using every means at our disposal to stop the violence, but the IDF is prepared for the possibility of escalation.”
