Wall Street Journal – Two New York City police officers have been charged with writing fake summonses while on traffic duty.
Police Officers Stephen Gerwer and Vincent Adinolfi, both assigned to the 122nd Precinct on Staten Island, were arrested Thursday after turning themselves in.
