Matan Fogel, the brother of Udi Fogel, who was murdered by Palestinian Arab terrorists 13 months ago along with his wife and 3 of his children as they lay asleep, was injured on Thursday during a confrontation with Palestinians in the West Bank.
5 Palestinians involved were arrested while Fogel and another Jewish Israeli were taken to the hospital for injuries.
According to Jewish residents in the Itamar area of the West Bank, the same area in which the Fogel family was brutally murdered in 2011, Matan and the second man were “herding sheep” when they were attacked by the Palestinians.
Palestinian media claims that it was the Jews who initiated the incident while Palestinians were working their fields in the area.
This is the second such incident in the past 7 days where Jewish Israelis and Palestinians have clashed in this area of the West Bank.
